糖尿病肾病患者外周血单核细胞NF-κB和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1蛋白表达的变化及意义 被引量:1

Changes and significance of NF-κB and MCP-1 express on peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的比较2型糖尿病肾病患者外周血核因子-κB(NF-κB)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达水平的变化,探讨NF-κB和MCP-1在糖尿病肾病发生、发展中的意义。方法选择健康体检者(对照组)20例,2型糖尿病患者52例,依其24h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)分3组:正常白蛋白尿组(A组=27例),UAER<20μg/min;微量白蛋白尿组(B组=15例),20μg/min≤UAER<200μg/min;大量白蛋白尿组(C组=10例),UAER>200μg/min。采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测所有入选者外周血单核细胞NF-κB和MCP-1的表达。结果与对照组相比,T2DM组NF-κB、MCP-1的表达水平明显升高(P<0.01);与A组比较,B组NF-κB、MCP-1的表达水平已明显升高(P<0.05),C组NF-κB、MCP-1的表达水平进一步升高(P<0.05);与B组比较,C组水平也增高(P<0.05)。相关分析显示:NF-κB和MCP-1表达水平分别与尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐和病程呈显著正相关(r=0.765,r=0.778,r=0.461;r=0.736,r=0.680,r=0.434。P均<0.01)。结论NF-κB和MCP-1表达水平的增加可能参与了糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程。 Objective To approach the significance of nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) by comparing the levels of NF-κB and MCP-1 protein expressions on peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patinets with diabetic nephropathy.MethodTotal 20 normal healthy examinees(control group) and 52 type 2 diabetics were recruited into the study.The latter were divided into 3 groups according to the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER):normoalbuminuria group(UAER<20 μg/min,groupA=27), mi...
