臭氧联合胶原酶治疗非包容型腰椎间盘突出症

Ozone combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis in the treatment of non-contained lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨臭氧联合胶原酶治疗非包容型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性。方法146例患者均有不同程度的腰腿痛,且经CT或MRI检查证实有相应腰椎间盘突出,且病变椎间盘突出均大于5mm。在CT引导下行病变椎间盘内臭氧注射、突出物胶原酶化学溶解术。结果所有患者均随访3个月,并复查CT或MRI。其1、3个月的总有效率分别为94.48%和93.79%,两者之间差异无显著性。治疗后3个月时病变椎间盘突出物大小为(4.46±0.40)mm,较术前明显缩小。所有患者均无严重并发症出现。结论椎间盘内臭氧注射联合突出物胶原酶溶解治疗非包容型腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的近期疗效,且在CT引导下操作,安全性高,无严重并发症发生,是一种切实可行、安全微创、效果确切的治疗方法。
