摘要
目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药谱特征及其同源性,为临床防治和控制院内感染提供依据。方法收集该院重症监护病房2007年3~9月分离出的14株鲍曼不动杆菌,采用E-test法测定15种抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)并采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分析其耐药株的同源性。结果14株菌对头孢菌素类,氨基甙类和氟喹若酮类等抗菌素均显示出较高水平的多重耐药性;RAPD分型11株菌有高度同源性。结论分离自ICU的鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药率较高,且大多数菌株有高度同源性。
