摘要 目的研究化学螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)对变异链球菌的生长抑制和抗黏附作用。方法采用试管液体稀释法测定EDTA对变异链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),采用试管贴壁实验测定EDTA对变异链球菌的黏附抑制效应作扫描电镜拍摄。结果EDTA对变异链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.50mg/mL。0.01%EDTA组~0.000625%EDTA组对变异链球菌在玻璃表面的黏附抑制率分别为12.06%、11.10%、8.64%、5.12%和4.05%,与空白对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论EDTA对变异链球菌具有抑菌和抗黏附作用。 【Objective】To evaluate the growth inhibition and anti-adhesion effects of the chelating agent EDTA on Streptococcus mutans.【Methods】The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of EDTA on Streptococcus mu-tans was examined by tube dilution test.The anti-adhesion effects of EDTA on Streptococcus mutans was detected by tube adhesion test,and photomicrograph was shot by scanning electron microscope.【Results】The minimum in-hibitory concentration (MIC) of EDTA on Streptococcus mutans was 0.5 mg/mL.The anti-adhesio...
