国内保胆取石荟萃分析

Mata analysis on domestic mini-cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved

目的总结保胆取石术的治疗效果。方法从国内4大期刊数据库收集采用新式保胆取石的文献报道,分析其临床特征及治疗效果。结果共收集符合要求的文献15篇,病例数1733例,随访1546例。男:女=1:1.7;年龄平均43.3岁;病程多数在1～5年之内;结石大小,最大3cm×3.5cm和3.6cm。术后并发症方面,仅少数患者有轻微右上腹胀满不适、隐痛和食欲欠佳,出现切口积液8例,切口感染2例,4例腹腔积液合并感染,胆漏1例。复发20例。结论对符合适应证的病例,新式保胆取石并发症少,复发率低,是胆囊结石患者理想的新的治疗选择。

【Objective】To summary the therapeutic efficacy of mini-cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder pre-served.【Methods】To collect the suitable papers reported on new-style cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder pre-served from domestic four main periodical database,and analyse their clinical feature and theraputic efficacy.【Re-sults】There were 1733 suitable cases in 15 papers,1546 were followed-up,the ratio of female to male was 1.7,the mean age was 43.3,course of disease main in 1～5 years,the most size of gallstone...
