先天性静脉畸形骨肥大综合征的手术治疗(附38例报道)

Operative treatment of Klipple-Trenaunay syndrome (report of 35 cases)

目的总结38例KTS综合征的手术方法及预后情况。方法分析该院1990年1月～2007年5月38例KTS患者的手术方法及治疗效果,总结手术治疗KTS综合征的经验和体会。结果35例患者施行月国静脉松解及月国静脉外肌袢代瓣膜术,3例患者施行月国静脉陷迫得松解术,术后症状改善显著。随访35例,随访期间手术效果满意。结论对于KTS患者,月国静脉松解术及月国静脉外肌袢代瓣膜术是一种有效的手术方式。
