摘要
目的纳米粒作为药物传递载体被广泛研究,用于肿瘤药物输送的纳米高分子药物载体可延长药物在肿瘤中的存留时间。该研究拟制备聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米微粒,并对其表面形貌、粒径分布、微粒结构、包封率,载药率等性能进行应用评估。方法以聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯为载体,5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)为药物,采用乳化法制备聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米微粒,通过电子显微镜观察纳米粒外形结构,用紫外分光光度计测纳米粒载药量和包封率。结果聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米微粒呈规则球形,平均粒径(86±15)nm,载药量为23.2%,包封率为51.6%。结论以PBCA纳米微粒作为5-Fu载体粒径小,颗粒均匀,是一种极具潜力的抗肿瘤纳米药物。
