兔眼小梁切除术中应用新鲜与保存羊膜抗纤维增殖的对比研究

摘要 目的探讨新鲜羊膜与保存羊膜在青光眼小梁切除术后滤过道中抗纤维增殖的能力,并进行对比研究。方法将36只新西兰大白兔(72眼)随机分为新鲜羊膜组、保存羊膜组和对照组,行小梁切除术,分别在术中应用新鲜羊膜或保存羊膜,对照组无植入物。术后分别于7、14、30和60d对滤过区结膜组织行光学显微镜观察,应用链酶亲和素免疫组织化学法(SABC法)检测各组在结膜滤过泡中转化生长因子(Transforming growfacter-beta-2,TGF-β2)的含量。结果病理切片结果显示,新鲜羊膜组与保存羊膜组滤过泡结膜下组织细胞数量减少,胶原形成减少,瘢痕组织较为疏松,可见大小不等、形态各异的空腔。新鲜羊膜组滤过泡持续时间较长。免疫组化染色显示,对照组TGF-β2的的表达最强,其次为保存羊膜组;新鲜羊膜组表达最弱,与各组与相比差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论在小梁切除手术中应用羊膜可能通过抑制TGF-β2表达而减少瘢痕形成,维持滤过道的畅通,新鲜羊膜的作用效果优于保存羊膜。 ObjectiveTo study and compare the antiproliferative effection of fresh amniotie membrane and preserved anmiotie membrane in glaucoma trabeculectomy.
