摘要 目的检测鼻咽癌及鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及其受体c-Met和β-连接素(β-catenin)的表达和意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测鼻咽黏膜慢性炎28例、鼻咽癌35例和鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移25例中HGF、c-Met和β-catenin的表达。结果鼻咽癌淋巴结转移组中的HGF阳性表达率明显高于黏膜慢性炎和鼻咽癌组;鼻咽癌及其淋巴结转移组中c-Met阳性表达率和β-catenin异常表达率均显著高于黏膜慢性炎组。鼻咽癌及其淋巴结转移组中c-Met分别与HGF和β-catenin表达均呈显著正相关性;而HGF与β-catenin表达在鼻咽癌组中呈显著正相关性,而在其淋巴结转移组中未呈显著相关性。结论HGF、c-Met与β-catenin基因表达异常可能共同参与了鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移,而HGF过表达可能起着更为重要的作用。c-Met过表达和β-catenin异常表达与鼻咽的良、恶性病变有关。 [Objective] To investigate the expression of HGF and its receptor-c-Met,and β-catenin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and to explore the mechanism of tumorigenesis of NPC.[Methods] The expression of HGF,c-Met and β-catenin proteins in 28 cases with chronic nasopharyngitis,35 cases of NPC and 25 cases of lymphy node metastasis was studied using immunohistochemical staining(S-P).[Results] The positive expression rate of HGF in lymphy node metastasis group was significantly higher than that of chronic nasopha...
