动力髋系统治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with DHS in elder patients

目的探讨动力髋系统内固定治疗高龄转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法2000年1月～2005年12月,采用动力髋系统内固定治疗高龄转子间骨折36例,对骨折类型、手术方法和术后并发症进行分析。结果本组患者平均年龄78岁,其中28例患有不同种类的内科疾病。患者均获随访,随访时间为6～24个月,平均15个月。骨折均愈合,愈合时间3～5个月。按Harris关节功能评分标准:优33例,良3例,优良率为100%。结论采用动力髋系统内固定和规范的功能锻炼治疗高龄转子间骨折可获得满意疗效,有效降低了髋内翻、患肢短缩、外旋畸形等并发症的发生率。
