摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography,MSCTA)高级血管分析(AVA)对椎动脉狭窄的诊断意义。方法:对59例经临床考虑为颈椎病患者进行椎动脉CTA,利用高级血管分析AVA技术观察椎动脉形态学变化及与邻近骨结构的关系,准确测量狭窄段长度。结果:59例患者中,37例患者有异常血管,其中双侧血管异常9例,单侧血管异常28例,走行迂曲19支,狭窄26支,4支有管壁钙化性斑块。结论:MSCTA检查可做为椎动脉狭窄筛选的首选检查方法,AVA软件使CTA对椎动脉狭窄程度及原因的分析更准确。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of advanced vessel analysis (AVA) in multi-slice helical CT an-giography (MSCTA)in the evaluation of vertebral artery stenosis.Methods 59 patients with cervical spondylosis were per-formed MSCTA.
