摘要
目的:探讨麻醉对老年患者术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的影响。方法:将纳入标准行择期手术的老年病人,从术前是否应用抗胆碱能药物、麻醉方法、麻醉药物、是否术后镇痛、是否入住ICU、合并其他急、慢性疾病进行研究,记录发生术后认知功能障碍的例数。结果:400例患者亚组组间比较全身麻醉、入住ICU和合并其他疾病POCD发生率明显更高,有显著统计学意义;术前应用抗胆碱能药物、术后镇痛与相应组间比较也有统计学差异。结论:围麻醉期老年患者POCD发生与术前应用抗胆碱能药物、麻醉方法、术后镇痛、入住ICU与合并其他疾病密切相关。
Objective To explore the effect of anaesthesia on postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD)of elderly pa-tients.Methods 400 elderly patients undergoing selected surgery received analysis,and recorded cases of POCD from pre-anaesthesia medication,anaesthetic methods,anaesthetic agents,whether or not ICU,postoperative analgesia and complication.
