血清胱抑素C在肾功能损伤中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 临床对GFR的评价通常使用内源性血液物质,如UREA、SCR、Ccr等,尽管应用较广,但作为肾脏标志物,有诸多不足。胱抑素C(Cystain Cys C)是新进发展起来的评价肾功能早期损害的一个灵敏标志物。优点是方法简便,血清浓度稳定,可随时进行检测。
