The Value of Ultrasound Detecting Retroposition of Uterus with Sciatic Foramen Acoustic Window

目的:探讨经坐骨声窗探查后位子宫的方法及价值。方法:43例后位子宫,45例前位子宫,19例平位子宫分别经腹壁膀胱声窗及坐骨孔声窗对比扫查。结果:后位子宫经腹壁膀胱声窗探查图像合格率为28%,经坐骨孔声窗图像合格率为67%。结论:坐骨孔声窗可做为扫查后位子宫的补充。

Objective To evaluate the ischium sound window detection retroposition of uterus method.Methods 43 cases retroposition of uterus, in 45 cases before the uterus, uterine 19-bit sound respectively by the bladder wall and window ischium-sound scanning window of comparison. Results sciatic foramen acoustic window sound retroposition of uterus image pass rate of 86%.Conclusion sciatic foramen acoustic window can be the supplementary in detecting retroposition of uterus.
