关节镜下治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Treating Elbow Joint Synovial Chondromatosis under Arthroscope

目的:探讨关节镜下治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病的护理体会。方法:回顾性分析我院从1987年9月至2006年11月收治的26例肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者,所有患者均采用关节镜下关节清理术治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病。术前给予心理辅导,术后指导患者早期功能锻炼,并实施良好的护理。结果:随访27个月～120个月,平均52个月。末次随访肘关节活动度平均增加50°±36°。所有患者均无严重并发症发生,术后恢复良好,术后3d～5d出院。结论:关节镜下治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病,创伤小,恢复快,良好的术前、术后护理有助于关节功能的康复。

Objective Discuss the method of nursing patients with elbow joint synovial chondromatosis who underwent arthroscope treatments.Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 patients with elbow joint synovial chondromatosis treated with arthroscope in our hospital between September 1987 and November 2006 was conducted.
