经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生

Transurethral Bipolar Plasmakinetic Resection of the Prostate for the Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplas

目的:探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术(TUPKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性和疗效。方法:回顾性分析2006年11月至2008年6月经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗BPH102例临床资料。前列腺重量28g～160g。结果:TUPKRP手术时间30min～150min(平均65min)。切除前列腺组织重量12g～112g。无电切综合征发生。术后随访2个月～12个月(平均3个月),最大尿流率(Qmax)由术前平均6.2ml/s升到术后18.9ml/s。国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前平均26.1分降到术后7.3分。生活质量评分(QOL)由术前平均4.8下降至1.6。结论:TUPKRP治疗BPH具有安全性高、易掌握、并发症少、疗效好的优点。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate (TUPKRP).Methods The data of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) 102 patients with TUPKRP from November 2006 to June 2008 were reviewed.
