摘要
目的探讨B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析该院2005年8月～2007年8月B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术201例的临床资料。结果199例均获得较好疗效,无严重并发症发生,2例术后有严重出血,行患肾切除术。结论B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术手术创伤小,操作简便,疗效满意,值得在临床推广应用。
【Objective】To evaluate the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) under the guide of B Ultrasound in treating kidney calculi. 【Method】We retrospectively analysed the clinical results of 201 patients with kidney calculi using MPCNL under the guide of B Ultrasound from August 2005 to August 2007. 【Results】Kidney calculi of 199 cases were treated successfully by MPCNL and no major complications were recorded, 2 cases suffered from nephrectomy for serious hemorrhage. 【...
