鼻内镜下鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲成形术48例临床分析

Treatment effect of septoplasty under nasal endoscopic surgery on 48 patients with upper and posterior nasal septum deviation

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲成形术的疗效和优点。方法在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲成形术。结果对48例患者术后6～24个月的疗效观察表明,该方法可安全、彻底地矫正高位、后段的鼻中隔偏曲,满意地改善患者的鼻腔通气,有效地控制鼻腔粘连的发生。结论鼻内镜下行鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲成形术具有安全和疗效持久等优点,是一种值得临床推广的方法。
