摘要
目的探讨经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石术治疗孤立肾上尿路结石的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2003年11月～2007年7月37例孤立肾上尿路结石患者行经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石术的临床资料。肾结石21例,输尿管结石10例,并发肾及输尿管结石6例。其中铸形结石和多发结石19例,并发急性肾功能衰竭4例。结果36例Ⅰ期取石,1例Ⅱ期取石。手术时间0.6～2.4h,一次手术无石率86.5%(32/37)。术后辅助体外碎石2例,术后并发高热2例,术后反复出血1例,无其他严重并发症发生。术后复查血肌酐无明显增高。结论经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石术治疗孤立肾上尿路结石效果好,损伤小,安全性高。
