乙肝患者使用后胃镜清洗效果的检测

Detection of gastroscope cleaning effect after examination of HBV patient

目的了解乙肝患者完成检查后的胃镜经清洗、消毒后HBV的检测情况,评价清洗在内镜重复处理中的作用及内镜重复使用的安全性。方法30例HBSAg阳性患者(未活检)完成检查后的胃镜采用肯格王清洗中心清洗、消毒,分别于检查后、刷洗冲洗后、酶洗冲洗后、消毒冲洗后经活检孔采样行荧光PCRHBV-DNA检测。结果30支HBSAg阳性患者使用后的胃镜9支采样液检测病毒量变化在5.02×102～6.69×106拷贝/mL,清洗后9条中仅1支采样液病毒量<6.80×102拷贝/mL,清洗前后样本阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论遵循《内镜清洗消毒技术规范》,采用肯格王清洗中心清洗可有效地清除黏附的乙肝病毒,再处理后内镜的重复使用是安全的。
