摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜额窦开放术治疗侵袭性额窦黏液囊肿的安全性及疗效。方法回顾性分析2000年1月～2007年9月在该院住院的侵袭性额窦黏液囊肿15例的临床资料,所有患者行鼻内镜额窦开放术,其中4例联合行眉弓小切口鼻内外联合径路手术,观察手术的并发症及治疗效果。结果15例患者全部治愈,术中术后无大出血、眶内及颅内严重并发症发生,术后随访6个月～7年,原有症状如头痛、突眼消失,鼻内镜检查见额窦开口引流通畅,术腔上皮化良好,囊肿无复发。结论鼻内镜额窦开放术具有手术微创、疗效高、安全、并发症少、术后恢复快、复发率低及面部无疤痕的优点,是治疗侵袭性额窦黏液囊肿较为理想的手术方法。
【Objective】To investigate the safety and the effect of endoscopic frontal sinus surgery for mucoceles of frontal sinus. 【Method】From January 2000 to September 2007, the clinical data on 15 patients′ frontal mucoce- les had been collected for retrospective study.
