摘要
目的探讨关节镜下腘窝囊肿的治疗方法和疗效。方法2003年2月～2007年2月,采用关节镜下内引流术治疗腘窝囊肿,同时处理关节内病变。结果该组42例,随访28例,随访时间8～56个月,平均38个月,未发现囊肿复发。结论关节镜下内引流术治疗腘窝囊肿的同时,又处理了关节内疾患,具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、复发率低等优点。
【Objective】To investigate a new treatment method of popliteal cyst under arthroscope and evaluate its effects meanwhile. 【Methods】 From February 2003 to February 2007, 42 cases with popliteal cyst underwent arthroscopic endodrainage operation. 【Results】Of all the 42 cases, 28 cases were followed up from 8 to 56 months (average: 38 months), and no cases relapsed. 【Conclusion】 Treatment of Popliteal cyst with arthroscope en- dodrainage is a new method and comitant disorders could also be dealt with less traum...
