腹腔镜下经胆囊管置管(C管)造影和引流的应用分析

Application of cholangiography and drainage bile with laparoscopic transcystic duct (C-tube)

目的探讨腹腔镜下经胆囊管置管(C管)造影和引流技术的应用及其临床价值。方法回顾性研究156例患者的临床资料。腹腔镜下切除胆囊之前切开胆囊管,插入C管行胆管造影,阴性者单纯切除胆囊,阳性者行胆总管探查术,取出胆总管结石同时经胆囊管放置C管引流。结果术中胆管造影156例均获成功,阴性136例,阳性20例,C管引流时间3、4d。结论腹腔镜下经胆囊管置管(C管)造影操作简单,成功率高,减少漏诊,避免胆管损伤;C管引流时间短,患者恢复快,并发症少,具有重要的临床应用价值。

【Objective】To investigate the technique and clinical value of cholangiography and drainage bile with laparoscopic transcystic duct (C-tube). 【Methods】The clinic data of 156 cases were reviewed retrospectively.
