摘要 目的探讨可弯曲内科胸腔镜滑石粉胸膜固定术治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析9例恶性胸腔积液患者行胸膜固定术的临床资料。结果7例粘连良好,有效率77.8%(7/9)。滑石粉用量2~3g。胸痛4例,发热3例,对症治疗1、2d缓解,无严重并发症。结论可弯曲内科胸腔镜干粉状滑石粉胸膜固定术是一种安全、有效地治疗恶性胸腔积液的方法。 【Objective】To investigate the therapeutic effection of pleurodesis with flexible medical thoracoscopy by waterless talc on treatment of malignant pleural effusion.【Methods】9 patients with malignant pleural effusion accepted waterless talc pleurodesis under thoracoscopy and the effects were observed.【Results】All operations were successfu1 with 2~3 g talc.The effective rate were 77.8%(7/9) and without serious complication.4 patients with thoracalgia and 3 patients with febrility had healing well in 1~2 days s...
