摘要
目的探讨经尿道等离子双极电切治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法用经尿道等离子双极电切行前列腺切除401例。结果术中出血少,无前列腺电切综合征,术后随访3～6个月,最大尿流率由术前(5.68±2.99)mL/s升至术后(20.85±2.30)mL/s,国际前列腺症状评分由术前(21.92±5.65)分降至(4.36±2.28)分,残余尿由(61.81±18.37)mL减至(12.96±6.19)mL,无尿失禁。结论经尿道等离子双极电切前列腺增生具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效好的优点。
【Objective】 To assess the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP).【Methods】401 patients with symptomatic BPH were treated by PKRP.【Results】All patients were fol-lowed up for 3～6 month postoperatively.The peak flow rate increased from(5.68±2.99) mL/s to(20.85±2.30) mL/s;The IPSS decreased from(21.92±5.65) to(4.36±2.28).Residual urine volume decreased from(61.81±18.37) mL to(12.96±6.19) mL.【Conclusions】It is suggested that PKRP is an effective method with high safety and...
