扬声器有害物质的控制是一个新课题,控制的难点在于如何建立有效的管理体系和进行供应商管理。扬声器制造商必须保证材料、设备和工装夹具免受污染,同时评估现有设备和工装夹具是否需要更换。将有害物质控制片面理解为材料的选择和检测,是很危险的认识误区。
The control of hazardous substance in loudspeaker is a new problem which includes how to establish efficient management systems and how to control suppliers. Loudspeaker manufacturer must insure equipment and materiel against pollution. At the same time, it is necessary to replace contaminated equipment. It is dangerous to understand RoHS as selecting and checking material.
