摘要
采用热释电探测器阵列法,测量分析自行研制的输出波长为2.02μm、输出功率为0.6W的中红外掺铥光纤激光器光束质量,得到水平方向的光束质量为1.16,垂直方向的光束质量为1.22.实验表明,该方法精度高,且简捷高效.
The pyroelectric detector array has been used to measure and analyze the beam quality of the mid-infrared Tm-doped silica fiber laser.The output wavelength and output power of the Tm-doped silica fiber laser are 2.02 μm and 0.6 W,respectively.The obtained beam quality is 1.16 at the parallel direction of the beam profile,and 1.22 at the vertical direction of the beam profile.The experiment shows that the method of measuring mid-infrared laser by using pyroelectric detector array has the advantages of high p...
