摘要
介绍了在中等压力下大幅度提高柴油十六烷值的MCI技术的开发和工业应用情况以及采用该技术进一步降低芳烃含量,生产低硫、低芳烃柴油的研究结果。MCI技术在不同规模工业装置的应用数据表明,柴油十六烷值提高10个单位以上,柴油收率大于95%,硫质量分数小于50μg/g;采用MCI技术还可将芳烃质量分数降低到25%以下,生产清洁柴油馏分。
The development and commercial application of MCI (Max Cetane Improvement) process at moderate pressure is introduced.The application to further reduce aromatic content of feedstock to produce diesel oil with low sulfur and low aromatic is described.The data of commercial units with different capacities using MCI process show that the cetane number of diesel oil increases by 10,the diesel oil yield is over 95% and sulfur is less than 50 ppm.MCI technology can also reduce aromatic content to 25 m% and produc...
