两种四溢流塔盘设计方法的比较 被引量:5

摘要 介绍四溢流塔盘设计中等通道长度法和等鼓泡面积法对应的降液管面积分配和位置、出口堰及降液管底隙设计。给出了两种方法详细的计算过程,并进行了总结比较。通过实例计算,结果表明等通道长度法优于等鼓泡面积法。 There are two main kinds of four-pass trays design methods i.e.equal flow-path length method and equal bubbling area method.The design of area distribution and location of downcomer,outlet weir and bottom spacing of downcomer corresponding to the two methods are described,and the detailed calculation processes are proposed and compared.A case study shows that the equal flow path length method is better than equal bubbling area method.
