中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒在云南的发生分布及其遗传多样性

Genetic diversity and distribution of tomato yellow leaf curl China virus in Yunnan province

对云南普遍发生的中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒(Tomato yellow leaf curl China virus,TYLCCNV)进行分子鉴定.结果发现中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒在云南的发生非常广泛,其发生、分布与地理生态、气候类型有关,主要集中在滇中南的热带、亚热带气候类型地区.共获得20个TYLCCNV分离物的病毒全基因组DNA-A,和已报道的中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒云南分离物进行同源性比较,它们之间的同源性在89.2%~97.4%之间.同源性比较发现中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒DNA-A具有明显的地理分布差异,地理和气候接近的地区同源性越接近.
