石榴、芋头、甘薯寄主的甘薯长喙壳菌形态学研究 被引量:2

Morphology of Ceratocystis fimbriata from sweet potato taro and pomegranate

摘要 对来自云南的以石榴,甘薯,芋头为寄主的甘薯长喙壳病菌在有性时代(子囊壳,子囊孢子),无性时代(厚垣孢子,桶状分生孢子,圆柱形分生孢子)进行观察、测量.结果发现来自3个寄主的病菌无性时代的厚垣孢子,桶状分生孢子,圆柱形分生孢子无显著差异;有性时代的子囊壳,子囊孢子形态均较为一致.但在子囊壳喙长上,来自石榴,芋头的菌株一致,而来自甘薯的菌株明显长于石榴和芋头的菌株,存在显著性差异. Perithecia,ascospores,aleurioconidia,Cylindrical endoconidia,doliform endoconidia of isolates of sweet potato,taro and pomegranate of Ceratocystis fimbriata were made system observation and measurement under light microscope.Isolates of sweet potato,taro and pomegranate were indistinguishable with aleurioconidia,Cylindrical endoconidia,doliform endoconidia,ascospores.But there was significant difference in the perithecia neck length among them.Isolates from sweet potato had longer average perithecia neck le...
