甘薯小象甲成虫对甘薯植株不同部位的选择行为

Selection behaviors of Cylas formicarius (F.) adult to different parts of sweetpotato plant

利用Y型嗅觉仪研究甘薯小象甲成虫对红-1甘薯植株的不同部位的选择行为.结果表明:该虫对块根的选择性最强,选择率达55%以上,对叶片的选择性最弱,选择率仅为约30%.而且雌雄成虫对同一部位的选择性差异不显著,说明在红-1甘薯块根中存在着甘薯小象甲成虫嗜好的挥发性物质.

Y-olfactometer were used to study the selective behavior of the adults of Cylas formicarius(F.) to different parts of Hong-1 sweetpotato plant.Cylas formicarius(F.) showed the highest preference to sweetpotato roots with the selection rate above 55% and to sweetpotato leaves with the selection rate only about 30%.And there was not any difference between the females and males for select to the same part.So there is a kind of volatile for Cylas formicarius(F.) adults in Hong-1 sweetpotato roots.
