The experiment teaching is a difficult point in modern distance education,the page trying to suppose a standard framework about the Web-Based virtual experiment system,which is combine with the facts of modern distance education and technical feasibility,and based on the reserch of succesful existing virtual experiment systems in domestic and abroad.Then we give some detailed descriptions to each funchton module,hope that the page is helpful for development.
