摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对雪莲果等昆明市售18种水果中的糖进行分析.采用氨基柱进行分离,同时测定水果中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖,分离度均大于1.5.检测限均为4 mg/L,方法简单、快速、准确.
Glucose,fructose,sucrose in 18 fruits is separated and determined by HPLC.The detection limit is 4,4 mg/L and 4 mg/L.This method is applied to determination of glucose,fructose,sucrose in 18 kinds of fruit,which was proved to be simple and rapid.
