摘要
采用免疫层析快速检测试纸条,检测盐酸克伦特罗标准品及各种猪尿样本,并与酶联免疫检测方法(ELISA)进行比对,结果表明,试纸条检测结果与ELISA符合性较好,适用于盐酸克伦特罗的现场快速检测.
Clenbuterol(CL) standard samples and different kinds of swine urine samples were determined by the rapid immunochromatographic lateral flow test strips.The comparable results obtained from the test strip and ELISA indicated that the test strip is very useful as a rapid screening method for on-site detection of CL residues in swine urine.
