胃癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

The expression of cytokeratin 20 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients sith gostric cancer and its clinical significance

摘要 目的:探讨胃癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA表达及临床意义。方法:应用Taq Man定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测58例胃癌患者(其中50例化疗2周期后复查CK20 mRNA)、20例健康对照者外周血CK20 mRNA表达;患者平均随访2年。结果:胃癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA阳性率为46.55%(27/58),显著高于健康对照组,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);单因素分析胃癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA表达与远处转移(P<0.05)和临床分期相关(、期之间比较P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析表明:远处转移是影响胃癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA表达的独立因素;化疗2周期后CK20mRNA阳性率无显著下降,但近期疗效无效的患者外周血CK20 mRNA阳性率显著高于近期疗效有效的患者(P<0.05)。平均随访2年后,CK20 mRNA阳性患者与阴性患者的1年生存率分别为34.78%和64.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外周血CK20 mRNA可作为检测胃癌患者肿瘤细胞微转移的分子标志;定期监测胃癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA表达有助于评估化疗疗效和预测预后。 Objective:To investigate the expression of cytokeratin 20(CK20)mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer and its correlation with pathology factors,chemotherapy response and prognosis.Methods:CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood was detected by Taq Man reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)in 58 patients with gastric cancer(50 patiens accepted 2 cycles chemotherapy and the CK20 mRNA in their peripheral blood was detected again)and 20 healthy subjects.The patients were followed up fo...
