影响肾癌患者预后的因素分析

Multivariate analysis of prognostic factors in renal cell carcinoma

目的:通过多因素分析,探讨影响肾癌预后的因素。方法:对154例肾癌进行回顾性分析,采用Kaplan-Meier法对确定的单因素进行生存率的描述,应用Log-Rank检验对确定的单因素进行筛选,多因素分析采用Cox regression方法对预后因素进行评价。结果:肾癌患者1年、3年、5年累计生存率分别为87%、70%、52%,中位生存期为62.84±3.94月。血尿、贫血、高血压、肿瘤直径、临床分期、围手术期输血史对肾癌患者生存率的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05);肿瘤直径、临床分期、血尿是影响肾癌患者生存率的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤直径、临床分期、血尿是影响肾癌患者预后的重要因素;贫血、高血压、围手术期输血史对肾癌患者预后有一定影响。

Objective:To discuss the effect of prognostic factors on renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods:Clinical data of 154 cases of RCC were reviewed retrospectively.Their survival rates were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and statistical differences were determined by Log-rank test.Significant prognostic factors were evaluated by Cox s multivariate proportional hazard model.Results:1-year,3-years,5-years cumulative survival rates were 87.6%,70.8%,52.8% respectively and the median survival time was(62.84±3.94)month...
