亚低温对脑缺血大鼠VEGF表达及血管生成的影响

摘要 目的:观察亚低温对大鼠脑缺血后血管生成及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响,探讨亚低温治疗缺血性脑病的可行性。方法:66只大鼠随机分为假手术组、常温组和亚低温组。栓线法造模,亚低温组大鼠行低温(33~34℃)干预24h后自然复温。免疫组化染色检测缺血边缘区CD31、Ki67阳性细胞密度以及VEGF表达。结果:两组大鼠在脑缺血后各时间点CD31阳性细胞细胞计数无统计学差异;亚低温组Ki67阳性细胞密度与VEGF表达在低温干预期间低于常温组,复温之后两组无显著性差异。结论:亚低温抑制VEGF表达,脑缺血后短期的亚低温治疗不影响血管生成,推测VEGF主要在脑缺血24h后发挥促血管生成作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of mild hypothermia on the expression of VEGF and angiogenesis in rats with cerebral ischemic disease.Methods:66 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups including sham-operated group,normothermia group and mild hypothermia group.Using nylon to establish cerebral ischemia model of rats,and rats in mild hypothermia group got the treatment of hypothermia(33~34℃)immediately as soon as the vessel was blocked.Then the density of CD31 positive-stain cells,the density of Ki67 posit...
