摘要
目的:探讨应用改良固定液和加压脱水法制作大鼠晶状体石蜡切片的效果。方法:将大鼠晶状体投入到由甲醛、冰醋酸和丙酮组成的改良固定液中固定后制成石蜡切片,经HE染色后在显微镜下观察。结果:晶状体组织结构完整清楚。结论:此改良固定液和加压脱水法优于其它方法,是适合大鼠眼部晶状体标本石蜡切片的一种有效方法。
Objective:To discuss the effect of the method of improved fixative solution and pressure dehydrate for fixation solution and pressure dehydrate for fixation of rat eyeball crystal.Methods:the eyeballs crystal of rat were fixed in the improved fixative solution mixed with paraform,glacial acetic acid and acetone.HE staining was performed.Then the paraffin slices were observed under the light microscope.Results:The tissue structure of eyeball crystal is clear completely.Conclusion:The method of the improved f...
