阐述了四川电力通信调度交换网建设的必要性,详细介绍了组网的技术要求和信令资源的分配及编号方案,并对调度交换网的进一步应用和发展进行了粗浅的探讨。
The necessity of constructing the Sichuan Electric Power communication dispatching switch network is expounded in this article.The detailed network technical requirement and the distributing and coding proposal of signaling resource is introduced.Based on these viewpoints the application and the further development of the dispatching switch network are discussed.
