In knowledge economic times,as a information type student who want to win the competition must learn important technology which if necessary in new times.At present the Personal Knowledge Management is important to win the compitition for information organize and person.but the lagged content of college computer basic course can not satisfy the need of students in Personal Knowledge Management,so it is important to introduce Personal Knowledge Management into college computer basic education.
