摘要
在学校的教学管理实践中,各地教育部门都制定了对学校和教师进行考核评价的办法.这些措施的实施在调动教师教学工作积极性方面起到了重要的作用.但同时也暴露了一些问题,产生了消极影响.为此,很有必要对教学评价的内容和相关措施进行反思,找出存在的缺陷或弊端,采取积极措施加以完善.
In the teaching and management of schools,all levels of education sectors have established evaluation measures for teachers and schools.These measures play a very important role in motivating the teacher s work Enthusiasm,meanwhile,they also reveal some problems,causing some negative effects,therefore,it is of great necessity to reconsider the measures and related content and try to make improvement.
