在散打比赛中要求运动员有良好的技术和心理、身体素质,而战术的灵活运用则是取得胜负的关键,通过对散手战术的分析,阐述了散手战术在比赛中运用的基本策略和原则。
It requires to have good skills,calm mind and strong body in free boxing,while the agile command of tactics is the point to decide victory and defeat,by analyzing the tactics in free boxing,the basic strategies and principles of free boxing are expounded.
