摘要
目的:探讨心房颤动患者血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(Ⅰ/D)多态性与心肌纤维化的相关性。方法:用聚合酶链反应法测定71例非家族性房颤患者的ACEⅠ/D多态性,并测序确定各房颤患者基因型;用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定心肌纤维化的指标:I型前胶原羧基端肽(PⅠP)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢP)。比较不同ACE基因型房颤患者的血清PⅠP和PⅢP浓度。结果:ACEDD基因型PⅠP、PⅢP浓度分别为(125.56±49.87)ng/ml、(18.38±11.38)ng/ml,高于DI型(91.91±56.24)ng/ml、(14.74±7.44)ng/ml和II型(87.89±45.36)ng/ml、(14.21±6.97)ng/ml;DD基因型PⅠP值和PⅢP值大于II基因型及DI基因型,其中DD基因型与II基因型比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACEDD基因型与房颤患者心肌纤维化有关,ACEDD基因型可能参与了房颤的心肌纤维化。
