摘要
在许多产业中,合适的竞争对手会增强企业竞争力.在分析了好的竞争对手的特点的基础上,讨论了竞争对手存在的必要性,提出了好竞争对手的影响指标,运用层次分析法计算出各基础指标的权重,依据计算结果对众多竞争对手进行筛选和判别,选出企业的好竞争对手,以指导恰当处理竞争与合作之间的关系.
