摘要
为保证脱硫设施的安全运行,洛河发电厂对2号炉电除尘器进行了全面改造,在保留原电除尘壳体的基础上,应用电-袋组合式除尘、高频开关电源等先进技术。文章介绍了电-袋组合除尘系统的改造方案、设备的配置及选型,分别对电区、袋区、旁路系统及预除灰装置、控制系统的性能特性进行了分析。对改造前后除尘器进出口烟气的主要参数进行了测试,该系统具有除尘效率高、节能运行稳定和可以在线检修的优点。
