国防企业军民结合策略的模糊综合评判研究

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Civil-military Integration Strategy for Defense Enterprise

为了对国防企业军民结合策略做出科学、准确的评价,对国防企业内部军民部门之间的结构进行了研究。在借鉴国外一些国家国防企业军民结合策略的基础上,结合国防企业自身的特征,分析了我国国防企业军民结合的现状,提出了三种类型的国防企业结构。通过模糊综合评判模型对三种类型的国防企业结构进行了分析,得出综合评价结果,进而提出有效实现军民结合策略的国防企业结构,从而为国防企业实现军民结合策略提供了评价标准和决策依据。针对影响未来军民结合发展的障碍提出了相应解决措施,并提出促进国防企业军民结合策略发展的有效途径。
