黑龙江省农业结构与竞争力的动态偏离份额分析

An Analysis of Industrial Structure and Competitiveness of Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province Based on Dynamic Shift-Share Method

偏离份额方法被广泛用于国内外区域经济和产业结构分析,传统的偏离份额分析方法在揭示考察期内各时间分段对总体变化的贡献及时间维度的发展变化趋势方面存在缺陷。在阐述了动态偏离份额分析方法基本原理的基础上,以黑龙江省1995—2005年的农业数据为样本,以农业产业结构和竞争力为研究视角,计算并得出结论:黑龙江省于2000年开始实施的农业产业结构调整战略效果明显,考察期内黑龙江省农业发展水平高于全国平均水平。其中,畜牧业改革效果最为明显,畜牧业结构得到优化,整体竞争力得到提升,且发展水平超过全国平均水平,但种植业改革效果不明显,种植业内部结构仍需继续调整。
