Research on Solutions for the Development of Green Industry in Heilongjiang Province

工业作为最消耗资源能源的产业,面对现在资源枯竭和环境退化的严峻情况应提倡工业的绿色化,以最少的能源消耗、资源消耗和环境损耗来获得更大的经济产出。黑龙江省作为东北老工业基地之一,工业门类比较齐全,但由于各种历史原因,工业结构、布局不甚合理。在经历了多年高投入、低产出的经济增长后,工业污染严重,生态环境受到严重损害,相当一部分工业企业面临的形势非常严峻。在对黑龙江省工业发展与环境污染现状之间的矛盾深入分析的基础上,将绿色工业作为经济发展的核心,并提出了工业企业在面对严重的环境污染问题时应如何实施绿色工业的策略,以实现新机遇形势下黑龙江地区的改造与振兴。
