摘要 随着卫星技术的快速发展,遥感技术被越来越广泛的应用于国民经济的各个方面。本文结合汶川地震中遥感技术的应用实例,系统阐述了遥感应用于应急系统中需要解决的一系列关键技术问题,并就数据获取、薄云去除、图像镶嵌、图像解译,以及灾后重建中的若干关键技术问题展开了分析,最后还提出了若干建议。 With the rapidly development in the area of satellite science, remote sensing techniques are used in increasingly many fields of national economy. Based on the background that remote sensing is widely integrated into Wenchuan earthquake relief action, this paper analyzes a series of key methods in the application of remote sensing techniques in emergency system, including data acquisition, light clouds removing, image mosaicking, image interpreting, and crucial problems in the reconstruction after disaster....
